2025 Craft Fair F.A.Q.

Q: What do I need to know for Friday, September 5th?

A: Kick off the Cedarhurst Art & Craft Fair “Grand Finale” weekend, 4:30 to 10:30 pm. Shop the artist booths from 4:30 to dusk. Stay for great music by The Jorrell’s (7:30 to 10:30) in the Entertainment Tent. 

FRIDAY EVENING Admission: $5 per person (does not include parking) Kids 10 & under are free. Pay-To-Park Lots will be open on the Cedarhurst campus. Watch for signs to the $5 or $10 lots. 


Q: What do I need to know for Saturday, September 6th?

A: The Cedarhurst Art and Craft Fair is open from 10 am to 5 pm. SATURDAY Admission: $5 per person (does not include parking) Kids 10 & under are free. Pay-To-Park Lots will be open on the Cedarhurst campus. Watch for signs to the $5 or $10 lots. 


Q: Is it true that Admission and Parking are FREE on Sunday, September 7th?

A: Yes! To celebrate the final day of the final Cedarhurst Art & Craft Fair, we are excited to offer FREE parking and FREE admission. Come and support the artists, food vendors, beverage bar, and musicians! 


Q: Where should I park? 

A: Pay-To-Park lots ($5 and $10 Lots) are located on and near the Cedarhurst campus, including handicap accessible parking – Watch for signs!

Please note: parking fees do not include Craft Fair admission on Friday and Saturday. Admission is $5 per person; kids 10 and under are free.


Q: What Artists will be at this year’s fair?

A: We hope you have the chance to visit all 71 Art & Craft Booths at this year’s fair. Check out the list!

Q: What kind of music will there be?

A: We have a weekend full of live music for you to enjoy! Check out the bands and schedule so you don’t miss your favorite act!


Q: What kind of food will there be?

A: Check out the variety of food vendors that will be here all weekend! 


Q: What is there for kids to do?

A: We have a fantastic KidZone available from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday! With parent supervision, kids can create, play, and be entertained for FREE. Be sure to also check out the Children’s Store, where art pieces donated by artists are available for kids to purchase at significantly discounted prices.


Q: Can I bring my pet? 

A: For everyone’s safety, pets are NOT allowed at our large events like the Cedarhurst Art and Craft Fair.


Q: Can I take pictures and videos?

A: General photography is OK, however, we request that you respect the artist and their art and do not photograph without specific permission.


Q: Is there a first aid station?

A: Yes, there is a first aid station on site Saturday and Sunday.


Q: Are there any other safety tips?

A: For the safety of all, bicycles, skateboards, and recreational scooters are not allowed on the grounds during the Cedarhurst Art & Craft Fair.
