ABOUT THE EXHIBIT:
The Dene People of Alaska & the Art of William Simeone exhibition presents a collection of Native American artifacts and paintings by collector-artist William Simeone. Bill Simeone is a cultural anthropologist who worked for 50 years in Alaska interviewing, documenting, and writing about the Native American Dene communities known as the Ahtna, the Tanacross, and the Upper Tanana.
