Membership support helps Cedarhurst educate thousands of southern Illinois students learn about art, whether as part of a Museum tour or in the classroom, and provides free opportunities for adults and families alike.
Cedarhurst is a nationally accredited organization that educates, entertains, and inspires. The interactive family center and monthly Story Time program brings families together to learn and grow. Exhibitions and gallery talks create a platform for discussion and presentation of new ideas. Hands-on classes encourage all ages to get creative. And community programs like Thursday Night Live and the annual Art and Craft Fair create fun, social opportunities.

The North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) Association® network is a mosaic of 1,202 art museums and galleries, historical museums and societies, botanical gardens, children’s museums, zoos and more. When you sign up and become a “card-carrying” member of Cedarhurst Center for the Arts (at the Patron level and higher) you can enjoy free access and reciprocal membership benefits across the United States, Canada, Bermuda, El Salvador and Mexico!
